Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time period fixed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.17701 of 2021 in order dated 24.09.2021 for surrender and execute surety and bond and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit in the proper and circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.VIMAL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 24.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17701 of 2021 to execute sureties.
