ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to sell the property bearing Survey No.154 T.S.No.108 Ernavoor Village, Ranganathapuram, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, as per the attachment order passed in G.O.Ms.No.390, Home Department dated 01.03.2004, through public auction and settle the depositors.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the property is attached as per TNPID Act. Hence, the petitioner can move the concerned TNPID Court for the sale of the attached property.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is not maintainable and hence, the same is closed. No costs.
