This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in any manner. 1/4

2. Heard Mr.C.D.Sugumar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's husband is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.89 of 2023 on the file of second respondent for offences u/s.147, 148, 294(b), 449, 506(2), 307 IPC and 25(1A) of the Arms Act, 1959.

4. The respondent police shall issue notice u/s.41-A Cr.P.C. and call the petitioner for enquiry. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
