A.No.6499 of 2019 in C.S.Sr.No.84206 of 2019 A.No.6499 of 2019 in C.S.Sr.No.84206 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., In the suit filed for partition, the plaintiffs have come forward with this application seeking leave to institute the suit before this Court. 2.Mr.R.Sunilkumar, learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs would submit that out of nine items of the suit properties in 'A' and 'B' schedule, except item numbers 4 and 7 mentioned in schedule 'A', all other properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. It is further submitted that in respect of the some properties already T.O.S.No.27 of 2011 is pending on the file of this Court. It is further submitted that all the defendants except the defendants 5, 7, 12 and 13 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.
