ORDER

This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioners to call for the record in C.C.No.1427 of 2019 on the file of Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level - George Town and enhance the sentence from 3 months simple imprisonment to 2 years rigorous imprisonment and directing them to pay compensation twice the amount of the cheque as the Revision petitioners could not honour its commitment due to dishonour of the cheque.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned 2/4

counsel for the petitioners in the petition today.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
