ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The respondent has filed an affidavit setting out the details of the benefits that the petitioner is entitled to and the details of the payment that have been made. The learned counsel for the petitioner would however submit that she has been denied certain benefits. As regards the said claim, the Life Insurance Corporation of India by its letter dated 12.12.2022 informed the petitioner that she is not eligible for those benefits. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision of the Corporation, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Now that there is a substantial compliance of the order made in the writ petition. The Contempt Petition is closed.
