Respondents Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first and second respondents to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the Hon'ble XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet to nab the accused and produce him before the trial court for the purpose of trial for the case in CC No.1863 of 2015 pending on the file of the Hon'ble XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-15 in the interest of justice.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet by producing the accused before the trial court for the purpose of trial of the case in CC No.1863 of 2015 pending on his file.

2.When this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that on surrendering the accused Ramesh before the Special Court, CCB/CBCID, the non-bailable warrant issued against him came to be recalled on 12.05.2017.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
