Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner's business, namely, M/s.Aviagen India Poultry Breeding Company Private Limited, having office and factory at Elayamuthur, Gandhi Nagar (PO), Udumalpet Taluk, Tirupur-642154 and further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in and out of factory premises, including company vehicles commuting the petitioner's workers from all pick and drop points.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous and hence the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
