This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 31.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17716 of 2024.

2. Learned counsel for the Intervenor raised strong objection to modify the conditions by stating that petitioners are Doctor by profession and having several properties and two Audi Q3 cars and he has also produced certain documents and photographs to that effect.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that petitioners are having sufficient source of income, movable and immovable properties, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and one week time is granted to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court on 31.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17716 of 2024 from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
