The matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in Paragraph No.1, date of death of the deceased had been recorded as 03.09.2018, whereas Ex.P16, it could be seen that the date of death of the deceased is mentioned as 22.06.2021. Similarly, Ex.P32 had been described as the original Provident Fund Forms dated 18.04.2020 of the deceased. However, it could be seen that Ex.P32 is a communication from the employer of the deceased to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, enclosing various documents including the Composite Claim Form.

3. In such view of the matter, Ex.P32 has to be described as a communication sent by the employer to the Provident Fund office, enclosing documents relating to the deceased.

4. Accordingly, the following corrections shall be carried out in the order dated 23.04.2025 in O.P.No.753 of 2023:

(1) In the opening paragraph, in the 3rd line, the date "03.09.2018" shall 1/3

be deleted and be replaced with "22.06.2021".

(2) At the foot of the order, in the List of Documents, the description to Ex.P32 in the second column, namely, "Original Provident Fund Forms dated 18.04.2020 of the deceased father" shall stand deleted and be replaced with "Communication of the employer to the original Provident Fund Commissioner enclosing documents relating of the deceased'. 26.06.2025 kak Note: Registry is directed to issue corrected order copy by 02.07.2025 to the respective parties after carrying out the necessary corrections. 2/3
