The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders referring the Industrial dispute raised by the writ petitioner for adjudication, based on the failure reports dated 06.06.2003 and 09.01.2004 submitted by the 2nd respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the issue involved herein has been referred to the Labour Court, Coimbatore and the matter has also been adjudicated on merits and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition.
3.Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
