This petition has been filed seeking to conduct further investigation in Crime No.3 of 2022 and include all the offence committed by the accused stated in the complaint.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, on 05.07.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In the light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the learned IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, to act upon the final report of the respondent police within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall go through the final report and if there are any more grievances, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
