The petitioner made a representation on 16.10.2015 seeking legal heir certificate for herself and her children, being the legal heir of the deceased husband Panneerselvam. As the said representation is pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

Taking note of the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the representation, this Court is constrained to direct the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2015 on merits and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
