This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant/claimant seeking to accept the cause title as shown in the appeal and permit the petitioner to prosecute the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and the petitioner being the son of the deceased Kuttiammal/ 1st claimant, has filed all the supportive documents to substantiate his claim, this court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
