This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to issue Patta to the petitioners for the property situated Plot No.57, measuring an extent of 170 Sq.mt., (1830 Sq.ft.) in the approved layout vide No.P.P.D/L.O.No.26/2010 comprised in Old Survey No.8/2, New Survey No.155/2(Part) and old survey No.9 and New Survey No.156(part), as per Patta No.3311 after Sub division New Survey Nos.155/2B1 and 156/2A, situated in No.118 Padianallur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation / Application dated 13.05.2022 before the 2nd respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid properties in the name of the petitioner. It is seen from records that Patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. 2/4
