Petition for bail in Cr.No.1597 of 2016.
2. Offence under Section 306 IPC.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The petitioner is a mutton stall owner. Defacto complainant's wife/deceased used to purchase mutton from the petitioner. A link developed between both. Defacto complainant/ husband of the deceased alleges that the wife/deceased gave jewels and money to the petitioner and when she demanded, the petitioner seems to have refused to give them back. In the circumstances, she committed suicide.
5. Suicide is there. There is missing of abetment. Thus, there is prima facie case in favour of the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant bail.
7.(i) Bail granted to the petitioner.
(ii) Two sureties, of which one shall be his mother, who shall execute a bond for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur.
(iii) He shall appear before the investigating officer on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for three weeks.
