Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.01.2013 and thereby directing respondents to recover the above said temple lands from encroachments made by unauthorized persons and lease the same lands in public auction subject to HR & CE Act and relevant Rules, to take action against the above said temples mal administration and to protect the interest of the temple as well as devotees.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel appearing for the HR & CE Department/respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that inspection has been carried out of the premises in the presence of the petitioner and various encroachments have been found. She submits that steps are now sought to be taken to proceed against the encroachers in accordance with law.

2. We direct that necessary steps be taken by the official respondents in accordance with law to evict the encroachers, after notice to all concerned within a maximum period of three months of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
