This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.11.2021.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had made a complaint to the first respondent on 20.10.2021 against her brothers and one Rajendhran, no action has been taken by the respondents till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the complaint has been forwarded to the jurisdictional police and the enquiry is pending in this case. He further submitted the presence of the petitioner is very much required to verify the veracity of the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the respondents on 17.12.2021.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner shall appear before the respondents on 17.12.2021 at 10.30 A.M, along with supporting documents and thereafter the respondents shall conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
