O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to transfer the F.I.R.No.110 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to the District Crime Branch, Kallakurichi.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case is over and final report was filed as 'mistake of fact'. Notice was also served on the petitioner/defacto complainant.
3.In view of the filing of the final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
