ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Puducherry (Special Judge for SC/ST Act Cases), to consider the bail application that may be preferred by the petitioners in Cr.No.2 of 2024, dated 01.08.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police on the same day of petitioners' surrender.
2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to consider the bail petition of the petitioners without any violations of the provisions of the Act.
