Application No.4343 of 2022 is filed seeking direction to the respondents 4 to 8 to register the Order dated 17.12.2019 made in O.A.No.897 of 2019 concerning the properties described in the Schedule to the Judges Summons, in the register of encumbrances.

2. In O.A.No.897 of 2019, this Court allowed the application by restraining the respondents from directly or indirectly encumbering, alienating or otherwise disposing of the suit schedule property in the favour of any third parties, pending disposal of the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no serious objection for allowing this application.

4. This Court is of the considered view that if this order is not recorded in the register of encumbrances, it will lead to 3rd party alienation and multiplicity of proceedings. Therefore, this application is allowed.

5. Post the matter after two weeks.
