The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that the final order in the disciplinary proceedings are already passed by the competent authority and the writ petition has been filed challenging the charge memo.
2.Thus, no further adjudication is required on merits raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. However, no order as to costs.
