[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the 2nd respondent dated 08.10.2013, in Na.Ka.No.3107/A1/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to forthwith revise the Grade Pay of the petitioner on par with the Grade Pay of the Junior Assistant/Typist with effect from 1.1.2006 and to pay the revised Grade Pay to the petitioner with effect from 1.2.2011.
