This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the FIR in respect of CSR.No.258 of 2022 on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the respondents 4 & 5. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, she was issued with C.S.R.No.258 of 2022. Thereafter detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.08.2023. Therefore, no complaint is pending on the file of the third respondent. 3.
