The present petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.31 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent on instructions contended that the investigation is concluded and a final report is filed in C.C.No.22 of 2013 on the file of the leaned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani.
