The prayer in the present petition is to direct the 1st respondent to order for transfer of investigation to some other agency in Crime No. 860 of 2011 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the petition has became infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
