O R D E R
The petitioner is the owner of the property situated at Puducherry Revenue Village, Ward D, Block 4, T.S.No.41 to an extent of 00.02.59 and she is in possession of the property. The petitioner has decided to settle the property in her husband's name, for which, the petitioner approached the 4th respondent, wherein the 4th respondent was informed that the aforesaid property could not be registered as the said property is shown as Government Property and the guideline value is also not assigned for the same. Therefore, the petitioner has made an application on 10.03.2022 seeking a direction the respondents to assign and fix Guide Line Value for the property situated at Puducherry Revenue Village, Ward D, Block 4, T.S.No.41 to an extent of 00.02.59 H.A.Ca., which was owned by the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the 2/4
limited request made by the petitioner, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
