PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order dated 13.06.2019 passed by the learned V Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.P.No.4643 of 2018.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not pressing the C.R.P., as the petitioner himself has now appeared for crossexamination and had appeared before the Family Court through the Power of Attorney.

2. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Taking note of the fact that O.P is pending for a long time, the formerly V, now VI Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is required to dispose of O.P.No.4643 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P is closed.
