The Civil Revision Petition has been filed, challenging the order passed by the II Additional District Court, Puducherry, passing an order of attachment against the respondents 2 to 7. Though the petitioner herein is the principal debtor, no order of attachment is passed against him. Therefore, he is not a person aggrieved by the order. Hence the present petition seeking to grant leave to challenge the order of attachment by filing the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is rejected in SR stage.
