When the matter was called in the morning, a request was made by the learned counsel for the applicant to pass over the matter. Then again when the matter was called at 3.45 p.m., none appears on behalf of the applicant. Though the dispute appears to be arisen on 23.04.2019, still no arbitration proceedings are initiated.

2. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in these applications. Hence, the applications are dismissed for non-prosecution.
