This petition has been filed to quash the notice (2) of the Police Department under Section 160 CrPC dated 31.01.2016 under Ref.No.596/CSR/E5PS/2015 of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.119 of 2016 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 448, 427, 341 and 506(i) IPC.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
