Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records connected with order passed by the third respondent in Ref.No.4079/z1/98, dated 06.12.2018, and in Na.Ka.No.4079/Tho.Po.Me(u)./A.Pa./z.1/2007, dated 09.05.2019, and quash
both orders in so far as it has re-fixed and reduced the scale of pay of the petitioner from 5000-150-8000 to 4300-100-6000 and further direct the respondents to settle all terminal benefits of the petitioner in the scale of pay of 5000-150-8000 with interest @ 12% per annum from the date it became due till the date of payment.

ORDER
Despite the matter being listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the previous dates of hearing viz., 07.10.2025, 28.10.2025, 18.11.2025 and 09.12.2025, there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Non-appearance of the petitioner only indicates that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the Writ Petition.
2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
