W.M.P.No.24674 of 2019 W.M.P.No.24674 of 2019 and WP.No.15162 of 2007 K.KALYANASUNDARAM.J., This petition has been filed to delete the remarks/observations made in para 7,8,9,10 and 11 of the final order passed in Wp.No.15162 of 2007 dated 17.07.2019.

2.Mr.M.S.Krishnan learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the order passed in W.P.No.15162 of 2007 dated 17.07.2019, the entire demand with interest up to 2007 has been paid. If a reasonable demand is made for the subsequent period, it would be paid by the petitioner.

3.M.A.Kumar learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioner has paid the amount till 2007 and for the balance amount, the respondents have initiated proceedings to recover it from the petitioner.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to pay the balance amount. 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in

W.M.P.No.24674 of 2019 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., vsn 5.In the light of the above facts, the remarks made in Para 8,9,10 and 11 in W.P.No.15162 of 2007 dated 17.07.2019 are hereby expunged. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
