This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in FIR.No.61 of 2022 on the file of the Kaverapettai Police Station, Thiruvallur District to CB-CID or investigative agency for proper investigation and file charge sheet within the time fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the District Munsif, cum Judicial Magistrate, Gummidipoondi, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.41 of 2023.

3. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
