This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent, file a final report in respect of Crime No.1264 of 2020 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent Police.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's son lost his right hand due to the occurrence of electric shock.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition stands closed and the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
