3. It is represented by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the order passed in W.P.No.18384 of 2018, dated 02.08.2018 has been complied with. The learned Standing Counsel also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 10.12.2019 issued by the Commissioner of Municipality, Mannargudi.

4. In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Petition is closed.
