The allegation made by the petitioner in paragraph 6 of the affidavit filed by the petitioner is that ant-hill was not removed till date and therefore, the order of the Court has not been complied with.

The contempt petition was closed recording the statement of the respondent.

Hence, the present application cannot be entertained.

Accordingly, it is dismissed.
