2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that in the above crime number, Charge Sheet has already been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, on 16.7.2017 under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 353 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
