(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to bring on record the respondents 3 to 8, being the legal representatives of the deceased Rangarajaammal, first respondent herein, as the respondents 3 to 8 in the above appeal.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the above appeal was preferred as against the order dated 17.03.2017 passed in C.S.No.545 of 2011, which was filed by the mother of the proposed respondents 3 to 8. During the pendency of the appeal proceedings, the plaintiff died on 30.07.2023, leaving behind the respondents 3 to 8 as her legal heirs and therefore, they may be brought on record, to prosecute the above appeal.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 8 has no serious objection for ordering this petition.
