Petitions) COMMON ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos. 3056 and 3065 of 2019, filed against the Writ Petitions in W.P.Nos..7108 of 2003 and 21827 of 2005, were dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court on 01.10.2019. Hence, liberty may be given to the petitioner to file Contempt Petitions in the Writ Appeals.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Contempt Petitions are closed giving liberty to the petitioner to file Contempt Petitions in the Writ Appeals in the event of the respondents not complying with the orders of the Page 2 / 3
