Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned clause in the notification issued by the 3rd respondent dated 10.08.2012 more particularly Para 6(2)(i) in so far as it relates to the fixation of final qualifying criteria by SET 2012 Moderation Committee and the consequential results published by it dated 09.02.2013 declaring the petitioner as "Not Qualified" quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to forthwith declare that the petitioner (Registration No.09070076) has cleared the State Eligibility Test 2012 held on 07.10.2012 and award State Eligibility Test Certificate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
