ORDER

S.VAIDYANATHAN, J., and A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in C.M.P. No.100/I.T.O/Salem City/2021 dated 28.10.2021, detaining her son as "Immoral Traffic Offender" under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.6506, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 31.12.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
