The Sub Registrar, Madhavaram, Chennai is impleaded as 8th respondent. The present application is taken on record.

2. It is seen that the Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to register the Sale Certificate.

3. Though, it has been represented that the respondents are ready to register the Sale Certificate, they are handicapped, owing to the fact that there is an entry that the property is subject to attachment.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the attachment has been raised by an order of the Court. That particular order has to be put into effect by the Sub Registrar, Madhavaram at Chennai and it is for that purpose the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the said official as the respondent.

5. The Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
