This WMP is filed to implead the petitioner / proposed respondent by name of The General Secretary, Tamil Nadu Grama Bank Workers Union, Regn. No.457/VDR, 3/12, M.K.Nagar Seelanaickenpatti, Salem636 201 as the 2nd respondent in the above mentioned writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the proposed petitioner being impleaded as 2nd respondent.

3. In view of the above the petition is allowed.
