Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner representations dated 07/11/2015 and 23/11/2015 and save the life of the petitioner which is in great danger.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representations dated 07.11.2015 and 23.11.2015 to give police protection to her.

2. During the pendency of the writ petition, the 3rd respondent, Director General of Police, has passed an order dated 30.06.2017, rejecting the request made by the petitioner in the representations, finding that there is no life threat, as alleged by her.

3. Since the 3rd respondent has already considered the petitioner's representations, I do not find any reason to keep the writ petition pending.
