This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 03.03.2025 passed in Crl.A.No.61 of 2024 against STC No.198 of 2022 on the file of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hosur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Though notice was sent and served on the respondent, there is no representation for the respondent either in-person or through learned counsel

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 25 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
