This petition has been filed for seeking a police protection to live in their house in Survey No.24/2C2 Old Survey No.207 Vellai Garden Palayam Dharmapuri District of the Ancestral property of the petitioner by restraining the offenders respondents 2 to 5 from interfering with the living right of the petitioner family at No.116, Santhalapettai Road, Dharmapuri District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this regard the petitioner own brother also lodged a complaint for the very same cause of action and the same has been registered in Cr.No.508 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294 b, 323, 324 of IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Police Station. Therefore, the case was already registered against the accused persons.
