This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner pending on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, an FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.18 of 2021 for the offence under Section 498A, 406, 506(i) IPC. Therefore, not to harass

the petitioners does not arise. Hence, Criminal Original Petition is closed.
