This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 378 days in filing the revision petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and due to his ill health and illiteracy, he was unable to file the revision petition in time, therefore, there had been a delay of 378 days. He further submitted that the petitioner is also ready to settle the entire decreetal amount.

3. Despite the notice being served on the respondents and their names being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the respondents.

4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the submissions made by the petitioner's counsel are being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 378 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition is condoned.
