The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 20.06.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed.

3. Taking note of the said submission, the condition imposed on this petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
